Welcome to Brooklyn the Jewish community that never sleeps. It consists of many different neighborhoods. Each with its own distinct flavor. Like Manhattan (New York City) many of the streets form an orderly grid and have numbers or letters as names (with a few exceptions like Crown heights, and Williamsburg their streets have longer names). Crown heights is the center of chabad international. Centered around 770 Eastern Parkway.Borough Park is known for its premier shopping. Flatbush is spread out of a larger area. Bensenhurst is one of the oldest Jewish neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Yeshiva Bais Hatalmud is located at 83st and 21 ave. Williansburg is right across the Manhattan (New York City) at the Williamsburg bridge. A large community of Satmar Chasidim mainly followers of R’ Zalman Teitelbaum.
